So I just got my M11 side-cocking upper with tactical
rails and MP5 sights. . took longer to wash my hands
than it did to install it. I couldn't be happier -
easily turned my old mac into a new custom. I'll be
a repeat customer!

The drum came the other day. I tried it out and it
worked real good.
I found that loading it will take a little practice
to get proficient.

I just wanted to let you know that I got my stock
today and it is perfect in every way. It locks in
tight and stays tight, great work and great product,
you guys really now what quality is all about. I think
my next purchase is going to be a suppressor for my
Cobray M11/9 SMG, do you have any advice for me on
purchasing one. I’m sure you guys have used
many different kinds and might have some hands on
advice for me as to which company to go with, what
rounds to use, and maybe where to buy one. Thanks
for any info you can provide I really would appreciate
the help. And again great workmanship on the stock,
its top notch!

On Sunday at the shoot I used your rate accelerator
in my M11 it has a sten magwell conversion. When we
checked the rate of fire it was almost 1900 R.P.M.
we shot 400 rd with out any jams even with two mags
welded together it holds 48. does it normally bring
the rpm up this high. Thanks

WOW !!! with my M11 suomi upper,72 rnd drum,tactical
grip ,AR-15 stock I am the envy of the club !! When
I start shooting everybody stops and watches in AWE
!! Can you believe what a perfectly balanced and oiled
SMG , 1500$ of add ons from stoney creek produces
? Everything fits perfectly together . You'd think

I used the (M11A1 380 Suomi) upper today. 300-400
rounds ZERO I repeat ZERO problems!!!!! No FTF, No
FTE No anything except Bang, bang, bang.
Real nice and smooth!!! Great job!!!! I did not put
the sear in but I think I will before it rounds the
bolt like you told me at the show. (edit)
Bottom line I have no complaints!!! My friend was
impressed....and he has almost one of every machine
gun, and sub machine gun...and this is not and exageration....it
must be nice to be loaded!!!! I hope this venture
will have its rewards for you!!!

greetings all! i've skimmed through here on occasion,
but never registered. i just received my Suomi kit
from Stonycreek on saturday so i thought i'd post
a quick initial review.
my first impression, this kit KICKS ASS!!!!
i had a chance to fire 50 rounds through the kit
saturday. ZERO problems, and very controllable. i
fired it with and without my AWC can. the AWC really
makes for a long configuration, so i need to find
something shorter. for now it works fine. i went with
both white buffers and it definitely ran slower than
a stock M11. i don't have a timer, but i'll try to
get a speed measurement during the week. hopefully
the weather will clear up a bit in the next few days
as i want to get some accuracy testing performed and
of course i have to try a few 70-round drum dumps.
other than the conversion kit and monster sear, my
M11 is stock and i didn't have any problems. i saw
a few posts where folks mentioned being able to flex
the kit enough to cause it to fire but i didn't find
that to be the case. i DID follow the instructions
Jeff provided and tightened the two set screws that
take the slop out where the mag well is pinned to
the original M11 receiver. i also didn't notice any
ejection or feeding problems. it's possible Jeff made
a few design changes to correct this. i did only fire
50 rounds, so when i run some more rounds through
it this week i should get a better feel for any problems.
i was using some 158gr. IMI Samson subsonic ammo i
have, but i will probably run some tests with my warranty-voiding
reloads. they are subsonic 147 grain rounds that i
have used for years in the stock M11. in fact, that's
all i've fired in it since i bought it except for
a few hundred rounds when i first brought it home.
as others mentioned, the fit and finish on the kit
is perfect. i have to give high marks to Jeff and
his employees for taking a lot of pride in their work.
i ordered my kit back in June and it was worth the
wait!

When you're upper hits the streets and starts showing

mags. Do you have any of the replacement open bolts
(with the fixed firing
pin vice the OEM sheet metal one) and sears in stock?

I chronographed it:
Single plastic buffer-
a) Winchester white box. 10 x 627 rpm.
b) Wolf= 10x 625 rpm.
Both plastic buffers-
a) Winchester white box. 10 x 835 rpm.
b) Wolf = 826 rpm.
Both plastic buffers with high speed buffer-
a) Winchester white box. 10 x 1086 rpm.
b) Wolf= 1077 rpm.
It shoots great. Very accurate. Have put over 500+
rds through it without a single malfunction. Workmanship
is quality. Competed with it at the monthly match
yesterday. Very pleased with the performance and handling.
Makes the M11 more practical and definitely I will
be using my M11 alot more than I have in the past.

stonycreek soumi upper
recieved my soumi upper last week, just be patient
guys its worth the wait. needs taller sear, but after
that it rocks . i've got about 13 drums throu it ,even
hollow points feed, single feed loading off the bench
@ 25 yds with hollographic sight all bullets touch.
i've got 10" bbl its a really heavy bbl gun dosn't
climb much.i've even ran bullets as light as 88gr
,gun just runs a little slower.saw jeff @ gun show
in ct today ,he is just really busy tryin to fill
orders.waiting sucks but hang in there, this thing
is what really makes a m-11 worth owning.

Picked up my Suomi upper Sat. Kudos to the Hartford,
CT TSA guys and gals! A few issues that I must say
Jeff got handled Sun morn. Looks damn good. Just started
running it in but she's running good. The slow speed
is kinda grease gun speed. It's neat. Had to raise
the sear a bit for a good catch, but other than that,
it's a drop on. I'm giggling like a school girl! Also
just got my Bloom Golf Ball launcher! And yea, got
the thread adapter. Now that's a nut! Not good for
anything but man, what a grin it put's on your face.
Happy Marine Corps Birthday to me! Gemtech Viper due
tomorrow! Thanks to Joe at Acme for the excellent
service and turn around on that. And one last. Good
job by the people at the NFA for good, realistic actions.

and it is a work of art! One question on the suomi
rate of fire. What can I expect RPM out of the box
and do I use a MAC Jack or your rate excellerator
that I have or are there other means to adjust the
RPM ?

I just got my 10 inch M-11 upper in the mail. The
quality is
outstanding. I did notice a crack in the AR-15 type
handguard though.
You may be able to see it in the attached photos.
I can't tell if it is
more cosmetic or if it may be a problem after some
use.

im very sorry for the problem with the hand guard
and will fix it at once.
The photo shows what looks like a crack or chip. if
you feel this going to
be any type of a problem please send back just the
broken piece and we will
send you a new one right away. No need to send the
entire upper. The hand
guard is easily removed by un-screwing the bushing
nut. i would use a pair
of channel lock type plyers with a piece of leather
over the bushing to
protect its finish.
I want you to be 100% satisfied with all you Stonycreek
Armory purchases. in
a growing business there will from time to time be
problems but its how
